Yet another disappointing show by the Bangladeshis, they seem to have got into a terrible habit of losing. Like they say, winning is a habit, losing might just become one as well. The batting department was feeble yet another time and they just about managed to score more than half of what their opponents got earlier. Some would also go to the extent of saying perhaps, a second inning bat would also trouble them to knock off the remaining runs. Such sad is the state of the Bangladeshis, they need to buckle up really fast and show the world that their International team status is justified.

Well, my Man of the Match, your Man of the Match, infact, our Man of the Match is undoubtedly Sanath Jayasuriya. He celebrated his birthday with a blistering ton. Mind you, initially he was not a part of the Asia Cup squad for Sri Lanka. His IPL form earned him a seat here and isn't he proving his worth with great efficiency.
.
It was not at all an easy target to chase down but this could have been even worse if the other batsmen excepting Jayasuriya and Sangakkara contributed. The Bangladeshis started off positively but like always, they lost the plot midway. The deadly combination of Murali and Mendis proved to be a bit too much for the opponents as they spun a web across them. A very convincing win for the Sri Lankans and they would be all the more charged up to take on India now. That should be an exciting clash. We still have a few games to go in this Asia Cup. Do join us for all that. Till then from all of us here in the comm box, Adios...
